Terms & Conditions
  1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term "Reward" is defined as a wellness experience at participating locations provided by TLC Worldwide’ s Wellness Network.
  2. In order for a “Customer” to be eligible to receive a Reward, Customer must:
    1. Be over the age of 18 years old at the time of purchase. 
    2. Purchase at least two (2) participating Method products at CVS stores between April 4, 2026 and May 5, 2026.
    3. Submit an online Application Form and upload the receipt within 14 days of the purchase (“Application Form”).
  3. Within five (5) business days of the Application Form submission, qualified Customers will receive an email with a Reward Voucher and instructions to redeem the Reward.
  4. This promotion begins on April 4, 2026 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on May 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
  5. The last day to submit a receipt is May 20, 2026.
  6. Reward valid until September 1, 2026.
  7. Promotion is only valid in the contiguous USA.
  8. Qualified customers will receive redemption instructions via email once their qualifying purchase and receipt submission have been validated.
  9. The Reward is issued by TLC Worldwide (the “Promoter”), located at 60 Hudson Street, Suite 1809, New York, NY 10013, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.
  10. The Reward is only valid and redeemable at participating wellness venue locations within TLC Worldwide’ s Wellness Network.
  11. Limit one (1) Reward per person, per email address during the Promotional Period.
  12. Duplicate or fraudulent claims will be voided.
  13. Reward is subject to promotional availability and available while supplies last.
  14. Reward value and types of Wellness Reward may vary by participating venue, geographic region, and venue fulfilling the Reward.
  15. Reward is void if transferred, sold, auctioned, photocopied or otherwise altered and where prohibited or restricted by law.
  16. This Reward may be based upon advance appointment times. Some venues are seasonal and only open during certain periods. It is the Customer’s responsibility to determine the hours of operation of the selected venue. It is the Customer’s responsibility to call the venue for full details prior to redemption. The Customer using the voucher must follow the instructions provided in the voucher and accompanying email. The booking instructions and all other information stated within the voucher and accompanying email also form part of the terms and conditions of this Reward. Customer must present the voucher upon arrival along with valid photo I.D. The person whose name is on the voucher must be present at time of redemption. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed, voucher will be voided for use and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.
  17. Failure to appear at venue at time of reservation (if applicable), without giving venue prior notice, gives venue the right to refuse Reward. This may result in charge for Reward or refusal by venue to reschedule Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed, Reward will be voided for use and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.
  18. Consult your physician and follow all safety instructions before beginning any exercise program.
  19. Each wellness partner venue may also have their own Terms and Conditions in addition to the terms of this Reward, which will be binding upon choice of venue. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  20. This Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or applied toward a package, series of sessions or classes.
  21. Additional costs/fees for products and services outside of the Reward are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Valid credit card will be required to pay any amounts that exceed the Reward amount.
  22. No exchange of the Reward is permitted under any circumstance.
  23. Reward is not redeemable for cash.
  24. No credit, refund, or extension for any unused Reward will be provided.
  25. All repeat visits of the Reward will cost full price.
  26. Anyone accompanying the Reward holder must pay the regular price for their experience.
  27. This information is correct at the time of campaign launch, although the venues and TLC Marketing reserve the right to change details at any time. Each venue featured reserves the right to make the final decision of admission, according to the rules and regulations established at their venue. TLC Worldwide cannot be held responsible for this decision.
  28. Certain wellness rewards may require the creation of a third-party account in order to be redeemed or accessed.
  29. As part of the redemption process, you may be required to provide valid credit card or payment information.
  30. Some rewards may be offered as a trial or limited-time subscription. In such cases, unless you cancel prior to the end of the trial or promotional period, your credit card or payment method may be automatically billed at the then-current rate for continued service.
  31.  The Sponsor/Promoter is not responsible for any charges, fees, or subscription costs incurred as a result of failure to cancel or manage the reward account. Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.
  32. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the Reward with another of equal or higher value or to modify, suspend, or terminate the Reward at any time for any reason without notice.
  33. For the purpose of the Reward, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, S.C. JOHNSON & SON, INC, and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.
  34. Released Parties cannot be held responsible for any disagreements concerning availability and quality of Reward.
  35. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Reward Codes and will not issue or replace Reward in any of these events.
  36.  The recipient of the Reward must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter and S.C. JOHNSON & SON, INC. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with the Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.
