How do I qualify for this promotion? 
  • Purchase any 2 Method products at CVS between April 4, 2026 and May 5, 2026. Be sure to keep your receipt!
  • Head to Method-Rewards.com and fill out the online submission form within 14 days of your purchase.
  • Upload your receipt showing the qualifying purchase (please make sure the purchased product and date of purchase are clearly visible). Confirm that you have read and accepted all of the promotional terms and conditions.
How old do I have to be to qualify for a Reward? 

You must be 18 years or older at the time of form submission to participate in this Promotion.

When do I need to submit my application form in order to qualify?

All submissions with receipt upload must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. The last day to upload receipt is May 20, 2026.

When do I have to purchase in order to qualify?

You must purchase the Method products between 4/4/2026 and 5/5/2026.

How many times can I participate in this promotion?

You may only participate in this promotion once. If you attempt to enter more than once, subsequent entries will not be accepted.

How many times can I apply for a reward code? 

There is a limit of one (1) submission allowed per person and per email address.

Can I fill out the submission form on my mobile device?

Yes, this site is mobile friendly, all you need to do is go to Method-Rewards.com⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ upload your receipt and fill out the application form.

I am having trouble redeeming my rewards, what should I do?

If you are having trouble with your Reward Code, please email us at MethodRewards@tlcrewards.com and we will be happy to assist you

I never received my Reward Code.

Check your spam folder! This is the most common reason people cannot find their reward codes. If you checked and it is still not there, please contact us at MethodRewards@tlcrewards.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

I lost my receipt/order confirmation that included my qualifying purchase. What do I do?  

You must upload a valid, legible receipt in order to apply for your reward code.

How long will my reward be valid?  

Rewards need to be redeemed by 11:59PM PT on 9/1/26.

When do I receive my reward code?

If your receipt qualifies, you will receive an email from the TLC Rewards Team within five (5) business days instructing you on how to redeem your reward.

Who is TLC?

TLC is a company that creates reward programs for you, the consumer. Our goal is to help you to get a little extra out of the products you enjoy.

Wellness Network FAQ

What is the Reward?

One Wellness experience reward via TLC’s Wellness Network.

What is the Wellness Network? 

Choosing a wellness activity from the Wellness Network entitles you to a voucher towards digital fitness instruction, Yoga class, Pilates class, trial gym membership, personal training session, nutritional consultation, mindfulness experiences, or other wellness experiences, depending on the participating facilities or independent locations near you. Once you are qualified and follow the steps provided to select your experience of choice via the Wellness Network, you will redeem for a wellness experience at either a brick-and-mortar venue, or a digital experience from one of our partners. You will receive an email with further instructions to redeem, as well as a voucher. If you redeemed for a wellness experience at a brick-and-mortar venue, you will need to print out the voucher and bring it with you to the venue selected.

How do I redeem my voucher?

If your voucher is for a Brick-and-Mortar location, please call ahead to make a reservation and ensure that the location is not booked up. If you show up unannounced, you may not be accepted. 

If your voucher is for a digital wellness reward, it will contain instructions on how to redeem.

Can I give my Wellness Network voucher to a friend?

Sorry, Wellness Network vouchers are not transferable. The person whose name is printed on the voucher will need to be the one to redeem the Perk. Furthermore, if you redeemed for a wellness experience at a brick-and-mortar venue, the person whose name is on the voucher will need to be present at the venue at the time of redemption.

My friend and I both have a Wellness Network voucher at the same brick-and-mortar venue, can we go together?

Sorry, your Wellness experience is valid for one per customer booking group. A booking group is defined as one or more persons accompanying the voucher holder. You and your friend must make separate appointments.

If I redeem for a brick-and-mortar venue on the Wellness Network, will I need to bring anything to the venue with me?  

Yes, please remember to bring a valid photo ID, as well as the printed Wellness Network voucher that was emailed to you after you confirmed your offer. Also, please call the venue ahead to confirm if there is anything additional that you may need to bring.

Is there anything else I should be aware of?
  • You may have to pay for taxes/fees/gratuity above the value of the Reward
  • Each location and partner has its own terms and conditions you have to accept prior to using the Reward
  • The Digital Reward may be for New Users Only
  • The In Person Reward may be for First Time Visitors Only
  • A Credit Card or Paypal account may be required to use the Reward
  • The Reward may Auto-renew at the end of the free trial at the selected membership tier
